The law firm provides legal assistance in tax matters relating to natural and legal persons.
The law firm represents the interests of clients in proceedings conducted pursuant to the tax ordinance before the authorities of the National Revenue Administration and Administrative Courts. When providing legal assistance in this area, we take into account the current jurisprudence of Administrative Courts and the current jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union. The law firm is also engaged by clients in drawing up appeals against decisions issued by the National Tax Administration, drawing up complaints to Provincial Administrative Courts, drawing up cassation complaints to the Supreme Administrative Court and formulating preliminary questions to the Court of Justice of the European Union. In view of the existing conflict of interests between the State Treasury and the interest of the citizen, we represent the citizen’s right interests as superior to the interests of the State Treasury.
